RESULTS - Philadelphia: Monthly Conference Call featuring Ingrid Munro, founder of Jamii Bora

We held our first event for the 2007-2008 school year on September 13th.  The Philadelphia chapter of RESULTS holds a national conference call among all of its chapters each month.  RESULTS is an educational fund with over 70 global chapters committed to combating world hunger and poverty.  We held their September conference call, with guest speaker Ingrid Munro, founder of Jamii Bora in Kenya.  Started in 1999, Jamii Bora has become today's fastest-growing microfinance institution in Kenya, with over 170,000 clients, and Munro is widely known as the Muhammad Yunus of Africa.
